Why Talwynd
A different kind of advisory relationship
What we offer is not unusual in the market. How we offer it — and what we choose not to do — is what separates Talwynd from most providers.

What you get when you work with us
Six things that make a consistent difference across our three service types.
Senior advisors only
No juniors running your engagement while a partner attends other meetings. You work with the people you spoke to in the first call.
Scoped to your situation
Each engagement is calibrated to your actual capacity, timeline and team — not a generic framework applied to everyone.
Written outputs every time
Plans, milestone lists, templates, review notes and written guidance — something your team can use and keep after we step back.
No vendor relationships
We do not recommend tools, software or third-party services based on commercial arrangements. Our advice is based solely on what works for you.
Thailand-specific context
We understand how organisations in Bangkok actually operate — reporting structures, communication norms, and how decisions get made in practice.
Clear pricing, no surprises
Three services at fixed prices, stated openly. No ambiguous retainers that expand unexpectedly or invoices that arrive without clear context.
Expertise
Advisors with real delivery backgrounds
The Talwynd team comes from line positions — programme offices, project management roles, cross-functional delivery leads — not consulting backgrounds. This means we understand what it actually feels like to run work under pressure, manage stakeholder expectations and make decisions with incomplete information.
We bring fifteen-plus combined years of project and programme delivery experience across financial services, logistics, technology and manufacturing in the Thai market.
- 15+ combined years in project and programme delivery
- Experience across four major sectors in Thailand
- Comfortable in both international and Thai-led environments
- Line-role backgrounds, not pure consulting backgrounds
- Recognised by PMAC Thailand as an advisory practice
Our process at a glance
Initial conversation
Understand what you are running and what would be most useful. No long sales process.
Written scope agreement
Define exactly what is covered, what we will produce and what the boundaries are.
Structured delivery
Session-based or ongoing, depending on the service. Consistent written records throughout.
Close-out and handover
Written close-out note. Clear documentation of what was done and what to watch for.
Process
A clear process from first call to close
Every Talwynd engagement follows the same structural pattern. It begins with a conversation, moves to a written scope, delivers structured support, and ends with a close-out note. This is not just administrative — it is how we keep both parties clear on what is happening and what the outputs will be.
The process means your team is never left wondering where things stand. Expectations are documented at every stage.
Value
Transparent pricing, no scope creep
Talwynd publishes its prices openly. The Project Setup Session is ฿3,900. Delivery Support is ฿20,000. Program Management Advisory is ฿33,500. These are the prices — not starting points for negotiation, and not subject to add-ons that appear later.
What each service covers is defined in writing before any engagement begins. If something is outside scope, we say so before doing it — not in an invoice afterwards.
- All prices stated openly on the website
- Written scope before any work begins
- No surprise invoices or scope additions
- Priced in Thai Baht — no FX risk
- Standalone services — take one or several
How We Compare
Talwynd versus typical advisory providers
A factual comparison — not to disparage others, but to help you understand where the differences sit.
| Feature | Typical providers | Talwynd |
|---|---|---|
| Senior advisor involvement | Often delegated to junior staff | Senior-only throughout |
| Pricing transparency | Quoted after scoping calls | Published openly |
| Vendor recommendations | May include partner referrals | No vendor relationships |
| Written close-out documentation | Varies by engagement | Standard on every engagement |
| Thailand-specific experience | Often global frameworks applied locally | Built for the local context |
| Client retains project ownership | Can become dependency-forming | Client-led, advisor-supported |
| Minimum engagement length | Often multi-month retainers | Single session available |
What Sets Us Apart
Four things not commonly found together
Entry point without commitment
Most advisory practices require a multi-month retainer to access senior-level input. Talwynd's Project Setup Session offers a single, fixed-price engagement that delivers real value without requiring a longer-term commitment upfront. Clients can scale from there if they want to.
Bangkok context by default
We do not adapt international frameworks for the Thai market — we work from the Thai context outward. This means our advice accounts for how decisions actually get made, how hierarchy affects communication and what realistic timelines look like in Bangkok organisations.
Three services, not one size
Rather than offering one generic advisory package, Talwynd has structured three distinct services for three different moments in a project lifecycle: shaping, running and coordinating. Clients use what they actually need rather than paying for a broader engagement that partially fits.
Confidentiality that holds
We have never referenced a client by name in any public communication. This is not just a policy — it is a long-standing practice. Organisations in Bangkok that need external advisory support often work in competitive or sensitive environments. We treat that seriously.

A short conversation is usually enough to understand whether Talwynd can add something useful to your project or programme. No lengthy process — just a direct discussion about what you need.
